Unflappable heart of service

I have had the pleasure of knowing Ben Stellmon and his family for over a decade. When I heard he was running for city council, I immediately reached out to ask how I could support his campaign; I just know he will be excellent in this role.

I worked alongside Ben in the emergency department for 5 years. Ben has a heart of service, and he is positively unflappable, even when caring for the most critical patients who came to the ER. Ben is dependable, thoughtful and easy going. When serving in the position of coordinator for the ER, Ben always took time to listen to staff feedback. He was dedicated to improving the department to keep our patients safe and the staff supported. In his current role he is required to apply critical thinking and prioritize needs across the hospital setting. This requires a cool head, open communication, a knowledge of resources, and creative thinking to find solutions.

Ben has a strong background in serving his community, and I support his bid for a position on city council. I trust he will take the best interest of our community into account.
